For that traditional flavor, try the Chu Chee Pla Nua Orn, a red curry with small sweet river fish, or the Gang Paa, wild curry with ginger, pepper and basil. The Steamed Seabass is a favorite, prepared with lemon, chilli, and garlic sauce mostly de-boned, spread open and covered with a wonderful sauce.
