The prawn mango roll is loaded with squares of fruit and tiny seafood while shredded abalone with mixed fruit salad is also presented as an appetiser and offers a nice combination of flavors. The classic sweet and sour pork is cooked with breaded chunks of meat in a spicy sauce amongst red & green peppers, pineapple and onions. Five nuts is fantastic with broccoli, cashews, gingko, water chestnuts, dates and more. Peking duckโ€™s skin is delicately sliced to remove all the meat and fat, while the meat can be prepared with garlic or black pepper or minced. There are classic Chinese desserts including delicious fried date pancake.
