For solo trekkers, the Everest Advanced Base Camp is possibly the best option to start trekking in Nepal. They should attempt from North to Tibet Side. Organizing the trip by yourself can be tough an expensive. So you would be better taking a package from some reliable travel agency to enjoy Himalaya trekking in Nepal.
