Good budget rooms but well looked after, A/C TV, DVD player, tea/coffee makers, in room safe, large free DVD library for guests, free wifi, etc etc, great all day English Breckfast, huge bookstore with a great exchange scheme, English owner & his Thai wife very helpful and great hosts.
Best budget accomodation I have stayed in since 13 years coming to Thailand.

I am back here again and having a wet week with the Songkran Festival.

I was lucky I booked well in advance because Dave was telling me he gets busier and busier and has now upgraded 4 of the rooms and knocked 2 rooms into 1 as guests seem to prefer larger rooms.

I am in 8B on the website ( www.canterburytalescafe.com ) and is a lovely roomy room with a quiet bedroom at the back, 2 air con units, dvd player and Dave has 100's of dvd's free for guests, a nice balcony to watch the world go by, a nice addition to thier Guesthouse and highly recomended.

I am also enjoying the crazy guys that seem to come for breaky every day and some real charectors and seem to know all what is good and not here in Pattaya and a great laugh to boot.
