Good Afternoon everybody,

First of all we wishing you Happy New Year for 2008.

For Thai people this moment we falling down for mourning the death of Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana, who passed away on yesterday by long battle with abdominal cancer. She was 84 years old.

Thailand deep sadness for new year 2008.

Anyway current event will continue, the cabinet yesterday advised all companies and venues to suspend festive activities and asked the public to wear black during the 15-day mourning period for Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana. The government did not elaborate on what it meant by ''festive activities''.
