When people decide to leave the comforts of their home and venture to other locations there is usually a reason behind it. Whether the cause to travel was a last minute whimsy or had an actual purpose, it makes one think about all of the reasons why people travel. Reflect on the last time you left your location and ventured to another one. Did it have a purpose behind it? Let's look and see if your motive to travel matched any of the one's listed below. These are not listed in any particular order.Romance- There are thousands of people who are involved in long distance relationships. At some point though, they need to see each other. For the sake of love, people will travel for hours to spend as much time as they can with the love of their life.

to visit friends and relatives that live a distance
to attend an out of town wedding or funeral

My defination about travel is the action have detail plan for leaving the native place to travel to new places for absorbing new local culture and view the natural made, people travel more will have more life expereince, they will have great treat in any situations

eople usually go outside to their homes for comforts and venture in any unique location. But there is always a motive behind this recreation. There are many reasons why people go outside and some of them.

1. Every life of a person. Anniversary, Wedding, Birth, Celebration.

2. Death, if some of your relation has passed away and you have to go to the funeral if the rest is out of town you will go.

3. Many people also travel for romance.

4. Education, you have got your primary education from your hometown and want to go abroad for high education so you travel for thousands of miles.

5. Job, sometimes you get a job out of your country.

6. Family and friends, Some people have family and friends which are located in different parts of world so they have to go there to meet them even for short period of time.

7. Honeymoon, Many people who are newly married couples and they want to go to some beautiful places for celebrating their honeymoon.

8. Medical cure, sometimes you become ill and cure which you need is not available in your home city so you have to travel within or outside the country.

9. There are places in different regions of the world which holds the holy significance for many public. So people make a tour to see and visit these holy places.

10. Doing work all the time makes your life boring. So planning of a trip is a best way to relax you.

These are the best reasons of traveling. People usually travel due to the above listed reasons.

One more reason: Some time people also travel for social welfare like many come for volunteer projects in Africa and other nations. They come to help the needy and thus get their blessing and a self satisfaction.

Each individuals have different views and reasons for traveling globally and locally.
For me reason of travel is to spend some good time with my wife and daughter.
To refresh myself from work and feel serenity during travel is also one reason for my travel.
