I love Thailand's winter. It isn't too cold to go out, of course, no snow. Wink
Winter in Thailand is not too hot to go out, we can even enjoy getting tanned skin. Really! I mean it.
I rarely have time for a beach vacation, so my only chance to get tanned is in Winter when I can go out in the sun and enjoy the warmth of light.

Well, Thai summer is also worth an honor as it has the best festival, Songkran. Don't you think so?

I reckon there're two times you can go to Thailand which are Winter and Summer.
In summer, you should visit southern Thailand.
Northern Thailand is suitable for winter.

Not knowing about a country’s seasons and possible weather conditions can turn your holiday into a nightmare. The weather in Thailand is reasonable most times of year, although it certainly gets hot during the summer! November through February are the coolest times of year and there is certainly less rain then than at other times in the year. However, Thailand is a big country with a diverse landscape. There is somewhere to visit whatever time of the year you visit the kingdom.

The best time of year  for visiting most of Thailand falls between November and March.  Temperatures  are less dramatic in the south, so the south makes a good refuge when the rest of Thailand is miserably hot (April to June). The peak months for tourism are August, November, December, February and March, with secondary peak months in January and July.

I love the Summer for the beaches around Phuket. For winter I love to visit Bangkok and take in all the culture. That's what I love about Thailand, it offers a great destination throughout the year.

IMO, the best time to visit in Thailand between November and March, during these months the least and environment is not too hot.
Moreover, the approximately weather during November to March is between 29C to 35C.

For me, it's summer of course. You can do a lot of things during summer.
Anyways, anytime is best to visit Thailand as long as you will enjoy.
