Anthony is on a proper direction... Live chat is a sure way to convince the visitor to book at your hotel...
But there should be few points to be high lighted that includes, Room type, accommodation facilities, car rental facility, rate comperison, star rating, other reviews / feedbacks, Over and above send visitors regular update of your special offers.. Cheesy

One of the most famous cannons of business is to know your customer first.  The hotel industry has taken this suggestion & made a science out of it.  Limitless reviews & research tells that most visitors are male business customers whose main objectives are a fast check-in, a clean room & a fast check-out.

Along with knowing a customer, it is very important to know customers needs and their requirements. Quick yet overwhelming response!
